Wow! I am utterly shocked at how good HD-DVD looks compared to DVD. My TV only does 720P and it is gorgeous. I may actually have to get a PS3 now so I can have a blu-ray player…fuck the games! I only own one movie thus far and that’s King Kong(which I hate by the way). And I only have it because it came with the player. DVD looks like VHS compared to HD-DVD. Can’t wait until all my movies get here.
Court is over and “she who shall not be named” gets 1 supervised visit a week and can call the kids once a day from 6:30-7:00PM. It went surprisingly well. Well, as well as could be expected. They both(Nevin & “she who shall not be named”) failed their drug tests. He’s likely going back to jail Wednesday. Not sure where she goes from here.
The stereotype exists for a reason. Wake up people!

Hopefully after today, my blog can get back to less melodrama, and more bitches and hoe’s. You know, or comics and videogames, same difference.
That sound you hear above is the shit officially hitting the fan. In my last post, I mentioned “things coming to a head”. Well today, shit exploded. Apparently to celebrate(or is it mourn?) the 15th anniversary of my neck injury, I(well my mom and I) now have 3 kids. Well I have 1 and a half kids. Taytay only counts as a half as I don’t spend alot of time with her…she’s bad. Tre on the other hand…summer’s gonna be an adjustment. I avoid babies…they just make me nervous.
She who shall not be named lost custody of the kids and we are one court day(tomorrow) from having custody. She who shall not be named can only have supervised visits, she can’t show up unannounced, and if we think she’s impaired when she is around, we’re to call the police.
Maybe this will wake her up…how many times have I said that? I see things getting worse at first. She doesn’t handle conflict/pressure well.
Just glad my mom got her shit together in time so they didn’t end up in the system living with some people they don’t know. I’d miss the hell out of Tre…and Taytay to an extent lol. It’s gonna be quite an adjustment. Here I was, not wanting kids, and suddenly it’s like I have 3. That damn Fate sure fuckin’ hates me. Anyway, so things are changing in a hurry for me. Sounds selfish, but I hope this doesn’t effect my planned and already paid for Cali trip. We were planning on taking Tre’ anyway, but Taytay and Little Nevin is a whole ‘nother story.

I used to be a huge wrestling fan. Often spending a couple hundred dollars a month on Japanese and Indy wrestling DVD’s. So today while chillin’(did a lot of that today) what do I hear? Not one, but TWO Killer Kowalski references. 1st was on PTI while they were talking about Mayweather “fighting” The Big Show at Wrestlemania. The second was on an episode of Seinfeld with Kramer demonstrating the “claw hold” on George. What are the odds of two references in one day?
Watched some more trainwreck TV. Yet to watch the latest Rock of Love, but did catch Scott Baio is 46 and Pregnant as well as My Fair Brady. Scott’s loser friend is PATHETIC. Scott isn’t far off but he appears to be “getting it”. Or so the show will have you believe. My Fair Brady is just…why are they still together again? He sets up a beautiful day for his woman, and in the end, she continues to be a bitch with no respect for other’s feelings.
And THE king of all trainwreck TV, has got to be Moment of Truth. Last night was cringe worthy as the “contestant” dropped bomb after bomb on her husband. Including, but not limited to, admitting infidelity and saying she believes she should be married to her ex instead of her current beau. Then to end it all off she loses on a question that asks…”Do you believe you are a good person?” She said yes, lie detector disagreed. It was great in a completely sad and pathetic way.

As mentioned in a previous post(last paragraph) I’ve been talking to my ex-lady friend. Well that came to a sudden stand still as her husband is apparently not happy with her talking to me. What he doesn’t realize is I’m NO threat. Even if by some miracle she wanted to leave her husband for me I’d have to turn her down. Not because I don’t love her, because I do. But I’m not at all in a position to be in any kind of relationship let alone a complicated one with casualties aka kids. I would feel like shit if I was the cause of a broken marriage. Hopefully he comes to his senses and we can also become friends one day. Moving on…
America’s Best Dance Crew was great once again. JabbaWockeeZ continue to kill it. They are unreal. Looooved the ending. Very creative. Fish and Chix still suck and are lucky to still be on the show. Kaba Modern was ok, but nothing like JabbaWockeeZ. Status Quo was much better this week and their big stunt didn’t take 17 days to setup and came off well. Good day for them.
My newest nephew is in the hospital. He has RSV and something else…flu maybe. I don’t recall. He hasn’t gained any weight since coming home and has actually lost weight. He’s gonna be there for atleast one more week. We have “she who shall not be named’s” other two kids. I think Tre’s having a hard time with it. He’s extremely sensitive, and gets sad at the drop of a dime. For example, a couple months ago he heard my mom talking about our Uncle(forget which one) who died a quite awhile ago, like before Tre’ was born, and he came into my room with huge crocodile tears running down his face and with the saddest voice EVER says, “Uncle so and so died”. It was such a sad sight. Yet oddly funny as he had never met the guy or even heard of him. Anyway, he’s been kinda down these last few days since the baby’s been gone. Hopefully, all will be well soon.
Speaking of Tre’, he’s come down with a case of the potty mouth. 2 straight days. Fuck one day, shit the next. So I made a deal with him. If he catches me cussing, I put a quarter in his piggy bank…he’s gonna make a killing on the weekends. Hopefully I can curtail my cussing for his benefit….it’s gonna be so fuckin’ hard lol. He can’t read yet
And finally, my mom has gotten off her butt and began cleaning this funky house. All she has left is her room, and the junk room. Hopefully she sticks with it like she has with her smoking…or lack there of. I’d even say I’m proud of her. Now if only I got out of bed with regularity.
I’ve always been fascinated by the punk scene. But until now, I’ve never looked into it. Only thing punk I knew of was the Sex Pistols and The Ramones. It’s safe to say, I’m not a fan of punk after seeing this. Only band I sorta enjoyed, of what little I heard, was D.O.A. and Bad Brains. I totally respect the scene. Just not the music I’d ever be into. It was cool seeing Henry Rollins in the scene. Didn’t much dig Black Flag, but they didn’t show a whole lot of performance stuff. My favorite line from the movie was John Joseph going on a calm profanity laced tirade about todays “punk” scene…
“We looked forward to going on the road because at least we got hospitality and we got fed and we got to do shows and have a great time, but it wasn’t none of this shit, all these fucking, like, spoiled little fucking brats that are on MTV now with their fucking buses and all this bullshit and they’re calling that shit punk. That ain’t fucking punk.”
Bitter much? Though I feel the exact same way about most of the rap music of today.
Also didn’t know straight edge was popularized by the hardcore punk scene. Interesting, since my image of punk was drug addicted fools like those in the Sex Pistols. Anyway, I greatly enjoyed the DVD and highly recommend it.
Back in my hoodlum days, I listened to “gangsta rap” almost exclusively. Besides the obvious N.W.A., Ice-T, Ice Cube, The Wu and Geto Boys I had one not as well known favorite. A cat from the Bay. I know what your thinking, but you’re wrong. It’s not the one trick pony Too Short, or MC Eiht, or E-40. The king of the Bay in my eyes is easily Spice 1.
I bought, stole, acquired, borrowed, and/or downloaded his first CD I’d say at least 7 times due to it being stolen, acquired, borrowed, lost, and/or pawned. A side effect of hanging with other nefarious wannabe thugs and needing money for a 40 on the weekends.
His first cd is still one of my favorite rap albums EVER. His flow and the way he could change up his styles was just great. With that said, I have 2 tracks for today as I couldn’t choose just one. These are my two favorite songs, and both are off his first CD.

Things started off shitty. Then they got worse, with intermittent moments of enjoyment. Seemed like everything just annoyed the fuck out of me. Started with me losing 3 straight games in NBA2k8…me…lose! Inconceivable! Then Tre’ was in rare fuckin’ form and just refused to listen. Bouncing off the damn walls. Even dropped his first f-bomb. He just had a baaad day. I cuss like a sailor with tourette’s but until now, he’s never said anything worse than damn. She who shall not be named is an obvious irritant, and my mom decided to get in on the show today. Glad my cousins were over, else I might’ve snapped on somebody. I just did not have the patience today.
I’m pretty sure I’ve seen this movie before. I think it was called Rush Hour. Plots are pretty much interchangeable. I picked out the bad guy as soon as he appeared on screen. They totally wasted the Triad plotline. This is the first movie I’ve seen where Jackie actually looked old. The big stunts were pretty ridiculous. Not Transporter 2 ridiculous, but it was pretty close. Overall, this movie should have never been made…twice. Best part of the movie, was the outtakes. I say skip this one, and just watch the original Rush Hour. You’ll get much more enjoyment out of it.

Coming in at number 10, is an actress I first saw in what I think was a heroin commercial. You know one of those “this is your brain on drugs” types. Only instead of frying an egg, she smashes the fuck out of the egg with a frying pan. I’ve been known to like the crazy ones. I found her hot then, and continue to find her hot as she just cracks my top10. I give you Eliza Dushku.

Coming in at number 9, is a nude model who is all kinds of mmmhmm good God! She models for hegre-art who photographs some of the most beautiful models in the world and is a lucky bastard as he is married to her as well. Adding to her hotness, she also has an identical twin…mmmm twins. The model is simply known as Luba.

In at number 8, is an actress who I’ve never actually seen in anything. Her biggest role to date is “The Girl Next Door”…I think. She’s also in 24. No idea what role she plays as I’ve never seen 24. Since I’m oblivious to her work, I shall not waste anymore of your time. I give you Elisha Cuthbert.
